Did you know hand washing is safer than automatic car washes?
Automatic car washes use harsh brushes that trap dirt and grind it into your paint, creating fine scratches (swirl marks). A careful hand wash with the two-bucket method and quality microfiber towels is far gentler and preserves your paint's clarity.
How often should you wax or seal your paint?
Most factory paint is porous and vulnerable to UV, bird droppings and tree sap. A quality synthetic sealant lasts 3–6 months; ceramic coatings can protect for 1–3 years. Without protection, your clear coat thins over time and dulls the finish permanently.
Why does your car's interior need more than just a vacuum?
Dust, pollen and bacteria build up in carpets, seats and air vents — especially in Dublin's damp climate. A proper interior detail includes steam cleaning, fabric extraction and antibacterial treatment, improving air quality inside your vehicle.
